Jewson Competition Rules - Terms and conditions

• Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person, multiple entries will be disqualified.
• Entry to the competition is by following the Actis Company LinkedIN page.
• Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
• The competition is open to Jewson employees and UK residents only aged 18 or over.
• The competition will run from 17th November 2015 until 30th November.
• Winners will be chosen at random and notified within 5 days of the closing date.
• The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
• Prizes can only be sent to a valid UK address unless otherwise stated.
• Winners will be contacted via LinkedIN. The winners name will be displayed on our company LinkedIn page and website.
• Actis Insulation is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
• Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition/prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
• If you win a prize, you agree to take part in reasonable publicity at no expense to the promoter. You also agree to grant the promoter and their affiliates, and assign the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph the participant and permission to use, re-use, publish, and reproduce their name, address, e-mail address, statements, photographs, or other visual representations.
• Prizes that are not collected within six weeks of notification will be forfeited.
• Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes) without the individual’s prior consent.
